42013208, May 6, 1980
Filed:
Aug 25, 1978
Appl. No.:
5/936722
Inventors:
Lawrence C. Eppenbach - Juneau AK
International Classification:
G01F 1126
US Classification:
222456
Abstract:
A measuring dispenser for divided material comprising a container having an open top and a closure for the open top of the container. The closure includes an end wall having an opening therein, a peripheral wall joined to the end wall, and a first baffle projecting inwardly from the peripheral wall. A receiving chamber having an inlet communicates with the interior of the container. The opening in the end wall defines an outlet for the receiving chamber.

Tent And Tent Pole System

View page
US Patent:
55906745, Jan 7, 1997
Filed:
Oct 3, 1995
Appl. No.:
8/539530
Inventors:
Lawrence C. Eppenbach - Juneau AK
International Classification:
E04H 1540
US Classification:
135114
Abstract:
A tent pole comprising first and elongated pole sections. One end portion of the first pole section has cavity and one end portion of the second pole section is receivable in the cavity. A coil spring extends over regions of the end portions of the outer surfaces of the first and second pole sections. The coil spring is coupled to the first and second pole sections so as to resiliently resist axial separation of the pole sections. The coil spring is sufficiently flexible so that the coil spring can be folded to allow the first and second pole sections to be in side-by-side relationship.

Apparatus For Preventing Credit Card Loss

View page
US Patent:
50523287, Oct 1, 1991
Filed:
Feb 28, 1991
Appl. No.:
7/662260
Inventors:
Lawrence C. Eppenbach - Juneau AK
International Classification:
G01D 1100
A45C 106
US Classification:
116200
Abstract:
An apparatus comprising a billfold including first and second sections and a hinge joining the sections for pivotal movement. The first section has a pocket with an opening which provides access to the pocket and the pocket is adapted to receive a card, such as a credit card, through the opening. The hinge joins the first and second sections for pivotal movement between a closed position in which the sections are in confronting, engaging relationship over major portions thereof and an open position in which the sections are out of confronting relationship and the opening of the pocket is exposed to allow insertion of the card into, and withdrawal of the card from, the pocket. A card-missing indicator is coupled to the billfold. The indicator is responsive to removal of the card from the pocket when the sections are in the open position for inhibiting pivotal movement of the first and second sections to the closed position.

US Patent:
43367291, Jun 29, 1982
Filed:
Aug 4, 1980
Appl. No.:
6/174883
Inventors:
Lawrence C. Eppenbach - Juneau AK
International Classification:
B25B 2300
US Classification:
81439
Abstract:
A composite tool comprising two equal plastic half sections bonded to each other to form a tool body. The upper portion of the body defines a handle and the lower portion encloses a metallic channel assembly and two pin members reciprocally, slidably mounted within the channel assembly. Each of the pin members has a cylindrical section extending downwardly from the tool body. The tool of the present invention additionally comprises, at the end opposite the channel end, a blade assembly for use as a screwdriver or to remove a deck plate.
