One of the main reasons I became a Real Estate Consultant was due to a less than satisfactory experience during the purchase of a home. I felt like I did everything myself and the Realtor showed up at settlement just to pick up a check. This might sound familiar.... It occurred to me that if the majority of realtors practiced on that level, home buyers and sellers are in trouble. That's when I decided to get my real estate license and commit to delivering a quality of service second to none: Building relationships on trust and delivering value before, during and after the transaction. As a standard of my practice, I've developed detailed plans for buyers and sellers that involve touchpoints throughout the process to meet needs promptly, professionally and with integrity, while delivering sound advice and assisting in making the most informed decisions. I continue to gain valuable knowledge by obtaining designations offered by the real estate industry, the most recent being my home staging accreditation.
