I was born and raised in Menifee, before it was Menifee. I've watched our Valley grow over the last 20 years. I lived in Hemet for 10 years after high school, before moving and settling in Murrieta. Being rooted so strongly in our community, raising my family here, and selling real estate for the past 10 years I've become extremely familiar with the different communities that our valley has to offer. The pros and cons of different neighborhoods, property tax rates, high and low mello roos and HOA communities, high traffic neighborhoods, easy freeway access, and all the components that go into finding my buyers the perfect home. Family is extremely important to me, not only mine but yours as well. I understand the pressures put on us each day with work, schooling, kids, homework, practices, and know that buying a home is stressful enough without taking all those other daily things into consideration.
