About:
I first became licensed in 2001 as a NYS Real Estate Salesperson after graduating from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry with a BS in Environmental Biology with a focus in ecology. I was looking for a career that would enable me to live and work within Washington County and I found that real estate provided me that opportunity. I joined forces with my mother, Chris Preble, who had been in the real estate industry since the mid 1980's and together we have now formed Preble Realty LLC. I love exploring the beautiful countryside and truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers reach their goals.
