WELCOME! INTRODUCTION: If you are reading this, you may be "shopping" for a realtor or actively researching the market. This is an exciting stage of the home selling/buying process. It tells me that you've past the initial procrastinating, pondering & planning. Now you are truly ready to commit to purchasing or selling a home...usually the most rewarding, exciting & at times, stressful purchase we will make in our lifetime! Having experienced both sides of the fence, as a homeowner and a realtor, I know that this process can be an emotional rollercoaster. Being at ease with your Real Estate Agent is a key factor to a smooth transaction. ABOUT MYSELF: I am originally from beautiful Long Island, New York. In 1984, my family moved to the scorching desert of Tucson (yeah, so it's a dry heat), Arizona where I completed my education, married, and raised my son. By 2004, I was craving the rain, forests, and ocean so badly, I moved to the rural picturesque area of Gig Harbor called the Key Peninsula, which I adore...boy did I get my rain! I have been a volunteer writer/photographer for the local newspaper, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, am a member of the Historical Society & Humane Society (fostering lots of critters along the way) and after a 13 year career in skilled nursing, home health and assisted living, I finally decided to pursue my passion in real estate...phew! MY PROMISE TO YOU: Both fields (real estate and nursing) require immense people skills & dedication. I place my client's needs above all else and strive to achieve the highest level of customer service through compassion, understanding, attentiveness, and thorough listening skills. I walk my clients through the entire purchase/sale process (whether you're a first time homeowner or a seasoned investor), step by step, from our first meeting-making sure we have each other's expectations defined and in motion (I have my duty's checklist & so will you), until we are sitting at the closing table. Pleasing people-pleases me & there's nothing more rewarding than the look on a homeowner's face when handed the keys to their new home! IN A NUTSHELL: Despite the past few years of economic recession, the real estate market is quite active. Between reasonably priced homes and record breaking-super low interest rates & tax credits...this is an ideal time to purchase, sell or invest in real estate.
