Kit and Corinna bring with them the knowledge or having been involved in the real estate and mortgage industry for a combined total of 37 years. Previous work experience for Kit includes mortgage loan officer positions with Downey Savings and Loan and Pacific Shores Lending Group. He has also been the mortgage broker for both CNC Funding and California Pacific Investments. Corinna's previous work experience includes holding a financial advisor position with Transamerica Financial Resources and getting licensed with a series 6 and 63 securities license with the National Association of Securities Dealers, a financial analyst for Great Western Bank, a benefits analyst for Health Net and a mortgage loan officer for CNC Funding. Kit and Corinna are members in good standing with the National Association of Realtors and the Southland Association of Realtors. Kit also holds membership in the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles. Membership in all of these associations have afforded Kit and Corinna an exposure to buyers and sellers alike, both in residential and commercial dealings.
