Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kim sold her first home at the age of ten when her parents placed a For Sale sign in the front yard and left her home with a babysitter while they went away for the weekend. Little did she know that after a rewarding career in Sales and Marketing at Levi Strauss & Co. she would be drawn back to her passion for selling homes with her move to Scottsdale, Arizona. Kim began her real estate career in 2001 with Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Peak. In 2005 she was invited to join the Equitable Real Estate Company, a boutique company targeting the luxury market in Carefree/Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley, which eventually affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty. In late 2008, the company combined with another powerhouse in the local market to become Russ Lyon | Sotheby’s International Realty, which is now the #1 luxury real estate brand in the state of Arizona. The combination of Kim’s thorough market knowledge, exceptional follow-through and common sense are the hallmarks of her continued success and referral-based business.
