The Board honors Kay Lorbiecki with the 2011 Citizen of the year award for breathing new life into the community by working to blaze an original trail, both through her own expressions and by tirelessly working to bring the fine art experience to others, she has touched many Northwoods souls, from creative young people to renowned professionals.
