A native Washingtonian, Kathy lives in the same Parkwood neighborhood she grew up in, with her husband Dave, a residential real estate appraiser, son Matthew, a senior at Frostburg State University and their yellow lab, Cosmo. Kathy is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Batchelor of Science Degree in Business & Management. Kathy is licensed in Maryland & Washington DC. She's been helping buyers and seller since 2002 and sold over 50 homes. When I am assisting sellers I especially enjoy finding out how to get the greatest market exposure for the home in order to get the very highest price and best terms. When I am a buyers agent it's very gratifying helping first time buyers and finding buyers their dream home.
