I am originally from Baltimore, MD and moved to Southern York County in 1996. Although I am a Maryland native and have many great memories, I love Southern York County. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere is second to none. I have more than 30 years experience as a controller for a mechanical contracting firm. Since 2006 my husband and I became involved in the real estate market. We buy, lease and sell homes. During this time I realized how much I enjoy the real estate industry and decided to acquire my realtor license. With more than thirty years of finance experience and over seven years experience of several facets of the real estate industry, I am able to help buyers find their perfect home while staying within their budget. Marketing a house at the right price from the start is as important as making sure it has the physical appeal to attract an array of consumers looking to buy a new home. I understand how stressful this time can be.
