New product development and Technology Transfer of following Dosage forms: Oral Solid Dosage Formulations and Processes: Immediate Release Tablets and Capsules, Extended Release Tablets and Capsules, Chewable Tablets and Orally disintegrating tablets; Dry powders for reconstitution (Oral); Soft gelatin capsules (One product at Torrent Pharma in 2005); Liquid Oral Dosage Forms: Immediate Release suspensions, Syrups, Solutions and Pediatric drops; Includes proto type development of one extended release suspension in 2010. Parenterals: Dry powders for reconstitution and Liquid Injectables. Hands on Other technologies during my experience at other places: 1. Micro spheres of a low soluble and low bio available drug were made for first time filing of Drug Product in EU 2. Micro encapsulation for taste masking of a bitter drug (Drug layer - 70% on MCC spheres and Eudragit E Coating - 80%) 3. Tablets with Matrix system; 4. Polymer Coating on pellets in Glatt Fluid Bed Processor; 5. Lyophilization (Formulated Olanzapine for injection) 6. Spray drying at lab scale (Lansoprazole Cap), 7. Solid dispersion techniques (For Nifedipine) 8. Taste masking by complexation using ion exchange resin(For Ciprofloxacin/Norfloxacin for Indian market)
