I absolutely LOVE Real Estate and representing my clients! Real Estate can be confusing for someone who does not deal with it on a day to day basis....that is where I come into play. Down to the littlest detail I want my clients informed!! A little bit about myself.... I went to college at Texas Woman's University in Denton. I decided early on to be in property management and was in that side of real estate for 15+ years. So anything to do with rentals, investments, tenants, evictions, etc. I know it inside and out. I went ahead and jumped into real estate full time and could kick myself for not doing it WAY earlier in my career. I was made, built, and put together for this field. :) I have two beautiful boys ages 15 and 9. My youngest will end up in Real Estate I am sure of it. I say this because one night, last minute I met a client at a home real quick they wanted to look at. I told my clients I would drop my son off and be right there. They had told me no need to drop him off they would love to meet him. So I took him with me. Needless to say, he took over... he was showing my clients the "spacious closets", the "grand backyard", the "nicely laid out kitchen" .... my clients and I laughed so hard at my 9 year old and his "taking over" the tour mentality. When we got in the car he turned to me and said, "Mom, you really need to bring me along more when you show your clients!"
