Abstract:
A novel pair of eyewear includes a frame, one or more optically active eyepieces, a first temple piece and a second temple piece. The first and second temple pieces each include an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the length and angle of the first and second temple pieces. In a particular embodiment, the first and second temple pieces each include a locking mechanism for fixing the length and angle of the first and second temple pieces with respect to the frame.

Abstract:
An electric-powered personal transport vehicle with a board to support a weight of a user and one or more wheels driven by one or more electric motors is discussed. The electric motors are powered by one or more batteries. A throttle has a thumb wheel speed controller on a handlebar. The thumb wheel speed controller has a horizontal manipulation between accelerate, neutral, and brake input positions such that pressing the thumbwheel speed controller in a vertical direction will not result in an unintentional acceleration or braking.

Abstract:
Eyewear includes a set of lenses, a frame, and a pair of arms. A primary attachment feature facilitates attachment of the arms to the frames. A secondary attachment feature facilitates attachment of the arms to the frames in case the primary attachment feature becomes partially or wholly dysfunctional. A concealment feature at least partially conceals the secondary attachment feature. The concealment feature is detachable to permit use of the secondary attachment feature. In an example embodiment, the concealment feature is formed as an integral breakaway component of the arms.
