Sanding System With Vacuum

View page
US Patent:
20130267149, Oct 10, 2013
Filed:
Apr 29, 2013
Appl. No.:
13/873140
Inventors:
Juan Rocha - Long Beach CA, US
International Classification:
B24B 55/10
US Classification:
451 28, 451456
Abstract:
A sanding system suitable for drywall sanding has a foam sanding block that fits into a hollow housing such that a gap is left around most of the perimeter of the sanding block and the housing near the plane of sanding. Some regions of the perimeter are dimensioned relative to the sanding block such as to not leave a gap but instead are such as to provide a friction fit between housing and sanding block.

Microwave Excursion Detection For Semiconductor Processing

View page
US Patent:
20140000515, Jan 2, 2014
Filed:
Jun 27, 2012
Appl. No.:
13/534575
Inventors:
SCOTT A. HENDRICKSON - Brentwood CA, US
Liliya Krivulina - Sunnyvale CA, US
Juan Carlos Rocha - San Carlos CA, US
Sanjeev Baluja - Campbell CA, US
Assignee:
Applied Materials, Inc. - Santa Clara CA
International Classification:
C23C 16/52
G01T 1/00
US Classification:
118712, 250395, 2503361
Abstract:
Devices and methods are provided for monitoring low-level microwave excursions from a UV curing system to determine if equipment is damaged, such as screen tears or improper assembly of UV lampheads. A radio frequency (RF) detector may be used to detect microwaves in a range of about 0.2-5 mW/cm, wherein the RF detector comprises an antenna with a hoop shaped portion, a circuit board having a diode detector and an amplifier circuit, a housing, and a bracket coupled to the housing that is suitable for coupling the RF detector to the UV curing system. An alarm threshold may also be set, which can be correlated to microwave levels at or below levels that could cause damage to semiconductor devices being processed. A substrate processing system comprising an RF detector is also provided.

Door Painting Support Method

View page
US Patent:
7726003, Jun 1, 2010
Filed:
Jun 27, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/769523
Inventors:
Juan Rocha - Whittier CA, US
International Classification:
B23Q 7/00
US Classification:
29559
Abstract:
A simple and versatile door support system holds a door by attaching to top and bottom edges. The system allows the two visible door faces and the two visible door edges to be painted at one time, and may be converted to hold a door horizontally or to transport a door. The system includes four support blocks which mount to corners of top and bottom surfaces of the door. The blocks have mounting features for mounting to the door, and attachment features for attaching one or more attachments. A rod attachment may be connected to each of the four blocks to support the door horizontally, and a pair of support shoes may be attached to two of the blocks to support the door vertically or on an edge. Casters may be attached directly to the blocks, or indirectly to the blocks (e. g. , to the attachments), to transport the door.

Cooling Device And System For Bathing Installation Pump Electrical Drive

View page
US Patent:
20210156616, May 27, 2021
Filed:
Feb 1, 2021
Appl. No.:
17/164550
Inventors:
- Costa Mesa CA, US
Gregory R. Pearly - Ladera Ranch CA, US
Juan M. Rocha - Ontario CA, US
Kevin G. Ross - Maple Valley WA, US
International Classification:
F28D 1/02
H02K 7/14
H02K 9/22
A61H 33/00
F04D 25/06
H02K 11/33
Abstract:
A passive cooling system for an electric motor drive circuit in a bathing installation, including a section of hollow pipe made of a thermally conductive tubing material, the pipe configured to form part of a water recirculation path of the bathing installation. An adapter structure has a conformal surface configured for attachment to an outer surface of the pipe and a circuit contacting surface for attachment to the motor drive circuit, the adapter structure fabricated of a thermally conductive adapter material. The adapter structure provides a thermal conductive path between the motor drive circuit and the pipe section, configured to pass heat generated by the circuitry to the pipe section and into spa water flowing through the water recirculation path, to cool the circuitry and warm the spa water.
