Joyce is a member of the Greater Wilkes Barre Association of Realtors and a graduate of the PA Real Estate Academy. She holds a master's degree in Business Management from Webster University in St. Louis, a graduate certificate from King's College in Long-Term Care Administration and a bachelor's degree in Education from Southern Illinois University. She is retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant and has worked as a civilian with Air Force Recruiting in Wilkes Barre for the past ten years. Her managerial and military experience provides her with first-hand knowledge of what others go through during relocation.
