Research Interests: determinants and psychosocial predictors of illicit drug use including gender, race/ethnicity, perceived stigma, stigmatization, exposure and religiosity. Epidemiology of drug use and risky sexual behavior in urban neighborhoods. Predictors of club drug use: ecstasy, ketamine, GHB, methamphetamine, powder cocaine; predictors of use of marijuana, ephedrine, and nonmedical use of prescription opioids and amphetamine. Survey design and methodology, logistic regression modeling, factor analysis.
