See, all Real Estate agents when have buyers they don't look anywhere else for properties but the MLS, the reason is because there they know they have their commission assured. 1. *4.5%-3%-0% meaning 4.5% total commission if I sell the house through another agent; 3% commission if I bring the buyer and 0% if you sell it and I will assist you all they way until the closing at no cost. 2. 6% if I sell it in 1 month and if I don't 3% to pay the other broker in case you still want to keep it listed; if you sell it yourself would be 0% and I will assist you all they way until the closing at no cost. 3. $199 only listing and pics.
