Born in Colorful Colorado in 1957, and moved to North Carolina, courtesy of the USMC, in 1983. Served our country for 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, from the ranks of Private - Captain. Learned to SCUBA dive and fly airplanes. Traveled much of the World and beheld the beauty of the Great Creator and what a Wonderful World He made! Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and served as as Adjutant during my officer years as a Marine! Met my wonder wife, JoAnn here in Jacksonville, NC after I got out of the service, and we have eight children. They certainly are a reward. Four still live at home, and it has been a joy to watch them grow up to become young adults. JoAnn Vitt and I work very well together, and she is the Best Property Manager in Onslow County, if not the entire World! She handles the rentals, and I handle the sales. We truly believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is He that has made us for His plan and His purpose. We both enjoy being able to help people follow their dreams to home ownership!
