Single Roller Slide-Out Mechanism

View page
US Patent:
20070176451, Aug 2, 2007
Filed:
Dec 29, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/618610
Inventors:
Larry Revelino - Norco CA, US
John Pervorse - Corona CA, US
International Classification:
B60P 3/34
US Classification:
296 2601
Abstract:
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a slide-out system comprising an inner rail that slides into and out of an inner rail. The inner rail is supported within the outer rail by a single support roller and a retaining slide, while a rail gear drives a gear rack on the inner rail to cause extension or retraction. This arrangement allows the rails of the slide-out system to be narrower than those used in many popular flush-floor slide-out systems in use today.

View page
US Patent:
20070226901, Oct 4, 2007
Filed:
Jan 30, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/669065
Inventors:
John Pervorse - Corona CA, US
Tibor Olah - Covina CA, US
International Classification:
B60P 3/38
US Classification:
005118000, 005011000
Abstract:
In one preferred embodiment the present invention provides a motorized lift system having a winch that winds or unwinds four straps to increase or decrease the height of a bed. To maintain the horizontal position of the bed and prevent swinging, the bed frame includes four rollers that each engage a channel of a vertical rail. In this respect, the lift modifies the bed's elevation while maintaining a desired horizontal position.

Abstract:
In one preferred embodiment, a mounting bracket is described for a thin profile media display. The mounting bracket includes a wall mounting plate which supports a pivotable, jointed arm that is connected to a a display (e.g., an LCD TV). The jointed arm can be selectively locked in place with user adjustable knobs that rotate on a joint-forming pin to lock or unlock the joint from movement. Further, the arm includes a spring biased locking pin that locks the bracket into a folded or retracted position. In this respect, the position retaining mechanisms of the bracket for repositioning of a display, as well as maintain the position of the display during travel.
