A license plate holder for automobiles which allows the maximum viewable area for the plate. This invention avoids the problem of the license plate frame or tabs covering portions of the plate. The plate is held firmly in the cover and the cover attaches to the automobile at the back side.

A license plate holder for automobiles which allows the maximum viewable area for the plate and offers weather protection. This invention avoids the problem of the license plate frame, tabs and mounting holes covering portions of the plate.
