I was born and raised in California. My home town is Culver City, California. I lived there until I was 13. I played little league there at Mar Vista little league. We moved to Downey and I went to West Middle and Warren high school where I played football, basketball, and baseball. I was a member of Varsity club. After Warren where I graduated I went to Cerritos College and tried out for the baseball team. I made the team, but had to quit due to a major recurrng injury to my shoulder. Then I went to work for Hal Roach Studios were I worked until 1987. During that time I married and had a beautiful son named Jerry. He is my life. After working at Hal Roach I decided to advance my career so I went into retail and worked in management at Thrifty Drug stores till 1992. I did not think ths was my path so I enrolled back at Cerritos in 1992 and graduated in 1994 with an AA in Business and General Studies. I then transfered to Cal Poly Pomona and I graduated with a BA in Finance, Real Estate, and law in 1997. In 1997 I was licenced in Real Estate and in 1998 I received my brokers license. After earning my license in 1998 I worked for BNC mortgage as their broker for Simple Mortgage and then I open my own company in 1999. I then started to invest in real estate in 2004 and in 2010 I closed my finance companies and started selling real estate to investors and first time home buyers. What a blast. So, I have a great fiance and her two sons. And we have two dogs-Rowdy and Daisy. They think they run the house. That's me in a snap.
