I haven't been in touch with Dr. Kathleen Danna for many years, but IÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂd like to thank her for the contributions she has, and continues to give to the scientific community and mankind. Especially, when I'll be using the techniques she discovered to lead the way for the current genetic analysis in Molecular Biology and Diagnostic Medicine. She should have gotten the Nobel Prize for her work, but didn't because this work was her PhD dissertation. The professor she worked for got the Nobel Prize. What a rip-off!!! But she will always be an important part of scientific history. This was one, of two, highlights I had in MCDBiology at University of ColoradoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂBoulder. The other was being taught Cell Structure & Function by Keith Porter, PhD and Mary Bonneville. University City High School 1967 - 1970
