A stud for mounting an enclosure having a body with a first diameter, a length, a top, and a bottom. A head is connected to the top of the cylindrical body and extends beyond an outer surface of the cylindrical body. An enclosure having a housing with a front wall and a back wall, and an opening in the front wall. A door having a top and a bottom and an inner face and an outer face, and the door is rotatably attached to the housing. The door is configured to cover the opening when the door is in a closed position. An apparatus for sealing an enclosure having a front and a back and an opening on the front. A door with an inner face and an outer face, and the door is rotatably mounted to the front of the enclosure and configured to cover the opening when the door is closed. A first rim surrounds a periphery of the opening and has a first outer edge. A first gasket is attached to the first rim and configured to form a watertight seal between the front of the enclosure and the door when the door is closed. A second rim on the door is sized to surround the periphery of the opening when the door is closed.
