Janie moved to Manhattan Beach (as a child!) in 1964. She loves living in the South Bay with her husband and two children. In addition to being a homeowner, Janie has owned and managed residential rental property in the South Bay. Before her career in real estate, Janie spent over 30 years with TRW & Northrop Grumman, where she held management positions in software development and system engineering. The skills she developed there in communication, negotiation, analysis and problem solving will contribute to your successful real estate transaction.
