Jane Johnson earned her Real Estate License in 2013. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all the aspects of real estate. A longtime resident of Jackson County, Jane sells residential and commercial properties in the City of Jackson, Spring Arbor, Hanover, Michigan Center, Brooklyn and the surrounding areas. Specializing in First-time Home Buyers, Downsizers and Fresh Starters, Jane has the necessary expertise to assist her clients as they realize their real estate goals. She enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and takes pride in finding the right home for them in the quickest time possible. She uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Jane earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Siena Heights University in 2008, graduating Cum Laude. In addition, she has two Associate degrees from Jackson Community College, acquiring them in 2006 and 2007. She began studying for her Real Estate License in November 2012 and received the license in January 2013. Jane is a member in good standing of Jackson Area Association of REALTORS (JAAR), Michigan Association of REALTORS (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Jackson Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations to Jane. She believes that you should also be involved in your community and help others whenever possible. She actively advocates for the United States Veterans, whether it is Valentine’s for Veterans or donation drives for hospital necessities. She has also spent many hours in local school classrooms reading to students and helping the students learn to write. Jane and Exit Realty continually support Habitat for Humanity and to date has donated over $2.25 million dollars to the charity and built over 15 Habitat Homes. Family is an ever important presence in Jane’s life. When she isn’t with her clients, she spends her time with her family antique hunting, gardening, canning the harvest or just enjoys being together.
