Abstract:
Methods and apparatus for a double folded postcard form having a removable label are disclosed. An example form includes a quadrate sheet having parallel top and bottom edges, parallel first and second side edges perpendicular to the top edge and first and second faces. The example form also includes at least first, second, and third fold lines parallel to the top and bottom edges dividing the sheet into at least first, second, third and fourth panels, the first and fourth panels being substantially the same size and the second and third panels being substantially the same size. There is also an opening in at least one of the first, second, third and fourth panels, a liner attached to the first face of the at least one panel to cover at least a portion of the opening, and a label removably disposed on the liner in the opening. Furthermore, the form includes first adhesive areas provided on the second face of at least one of the first and fourth panels, and on the second face of at least one of the second and third panels for adhering mutually facing portions of the second and third panels together as respective first and second postcard plies when the sheet is double V-folded about the fold lines.

Binder apparatus are described. An example binder apparatus includes a housing comprising a plurality of lateral recesses or apertures and a first carrier rail having a first longitudinal edge and a second longitudinal edge, the housing engaging the first longitudinal edge. The example binder apparatus includes a second carrier rail having a third longitudinal edge and a fourth longitudinal edge, the housing engaging the third longitudinal edge, the second longitudinal edge hingably engaging the fourth longitudinal edge. The binder apparatus includes a slider comprising a plurality of protrusions to be received by at least some of the lateral recesses or apertures.

A system and method for assembling and binding books and for printing an address or a personalized message in accordance with coded information. The system includes a main control with a data processor and a memory for coded address and message information. One of more bindery lines each has means for gathering and assembling sections to form a book and for imaging the book with a personalized image. A line control has a data processor connected with the bindery line to control selection and assembly of signatures and imaging in accordance with the control information. Operator terminals at the main and line controls have visual display with touch screen operation input. A communication network connects the main control with each of the line controls. Address and control information from a magnetic tape is transferred to disk memory at the main control. This information is later transmitted over the communication network to the line controls.

A game card carrier is disclosed that has a first panel having a first interior surface and a first edge, a second panel having a second interior surface and a second edge.
