I have been a real estate agent since 1985, before that, I was a bidder, estimator and project manager in a commercial construction company. I was an Industrial Engineer for Coca-Cola Northern Europe. I began my real estate career with a major national company where I was among the top 50 agents in three North-West states for the last three of my four years with them. Over the years, I have learned the arts of excellent and effective marketing of homes, I have studied real estate law, marketing and negotiations. I have earned the credentials of Expert Negotiator, Marketing Specialist and Certified Commercial Real Estate Agent. Expert Negotiator helps my clients get the best overall deal I can get for them, Marketing Specialist helps my clients get involved in marketing plans that may not have the glitter, but have the effectiveness they need to sell their properties for the best price and terms that suit their needs and Certified Commercial Real Estate Agent help me analyze cash-flow properties so I may help clients better understand how an investment property might serve their needs. I have also worked as Buyer's Agent since 1987 when being one was extremely unpopular in the real estate industry and we were treated as pariahs by other agents...there were only about five of us in the entire state of Washington. When the real estate industry finally recognized buyer's agents, I was certified to teach real estate agents how to represent buyers. Today, I help buyers buy and sell properties all over King and Snohomish Counties although I have also helped clients in Pierce, Island and Kitsap Counties. Every time I earn a commission, I donate a percentage to charities, primarily ones that serve children or, adults in distress. I will be honored to serve your needs.
