She then joined Kolter Communities becoming a top producer selling both new homes and condominiums starting in the $100,000’s to custom single family homes over $1,000,000. From there, Ivy joined CityStyle realty where she assisted her clients with new sales, re-sales, rentals and investment properties. Ivy is a privileged member of the Florida Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and Miami REALTORS® . She has also earned her GRI designation.
