Abstract:
A shoe adapted to be used as a mule. The shoe has an upper that includes a quarter and a heel piece. These two parts of the shoe are connected by a band that extends to the sole, the band having a greater flexibility than the heel piece and the quarter. This constructive arrangement makes it possible to flatten the heel piece forwardly, and to thus permit entry of the foot into the shoe through the rear.

Abstract:
A ventilated shoe having an external layer, a reinforcing layer, and an internal layer, with both the external layer and the internal layer being made from a ventilated mesh material. The reinforcing layer provides a structure for reinforcing the shoe, and is generally positioned between a portion of the external layer and the internal layer. The reinforcing layer is sized and configured to permit the transmission of the fitting stress given by the shoes laces on the eyelets, to the sole portion of the shoe, thereby providing the upper portion of the shoe with durability and stability. The reinforcing layer is configured to provide the maximum amount of structural stability and durability to the shoe, while generally being utilized over a minimum area of the shoe in order to provide the shoe with the maximum porosity. The shoe includes stitching that connects the external layer to the reinforcing layer, which does not restrict the free flow of fluid along the internal layer, thereby allowing the fluid to travel along the internal layer and exit the shoe via open areas where a reinforcing layer is not present.

Abstract:
A sports boot having an outer sole on which an upper is mounted, which has a zone for introducing the foot and a rear upper zone having a medial quarter and a lateral quarter connected to one another by a tightening system constituted by a flexible linkage connecting to one another, along a predetermined alternative path, a series of return elements arranged fixedly on both sides of the quarters, in the vicinity of their edges to define a lacing zone. The return elements associated with the flexible linkage generally constituting the tightening system are arranged on the surfaces of the medial and lateral quarters, directed toward the foot, to constitute a tightening system of the upper, acting from within the latter.

Abstract:
A fastening device for a sports article including two portions adapted to be brought closer together. This device which serves to tighten a foot, a wrist, but also a content can be used on an article of footwear, a garment, a backpack, etc. The device includes a strap, one end of which is connected to a first portion of the sports article, which passes in a return connected to a second portion of the sports article. The strap defines a portion between the end of the strap and the return. The device also includes a blocking mechanism, fixed to a second end of the strap, which cooperates with the portion of the strap for the fastening. The blocking mechanism is slidably mounted on the portion of the strap.
