A toothbrush is formed from three separate branches; a replaceable brush, a conic annular resilient pump formed with cover for short elastic push-button, located on horizontal axis with opposite bulges in chamber, means to divide the paste in order to control the supply. The pump located in conical plastic compartment having on vertical axis an inlet valve with a ball and an outlet flap valve, which hermetical connected with resilient pump, and a replaceable/refillable cartridge for the toothpaste, made from tubing, which bypasses expensive equipment, it has inside a special piston that capture the paste and indexes. First support to slide up easily the piston behind toothpaste and second do not slide down under weight of the paste.
