I am currently completing my SFR Certification. These classes and education regarding short sales and foreclosures were certainly appropriate in today's market. I have experience in successfully negotiating contracts for short sales. For buyers, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative - ABR for short. To receive this designation, I had to represent at least 6 buyers, complete an extensive course and pass an exam. I am most proud of this designation. I especially love helping first time home buyers; guiding them through the process is a responsibility and a privilege
