I have spent most of my life being involved in real estate in some capacity. My family was involved in developing and building in Tennessee when I was in my 20's and I worked in the family business. I then became involved in the mortgage industry and stayed in that field for the next 23 years as a processor, loan officer and then manager of mortgage operations. I retired in 1999 and joined my husband as a Realtor and in 2000 we opened our own company. Our company is what many would consider to be a Boutique company because we are specialized and sell mainly Country Club properties. Our focus has been the 2nd home buyer (retiree) for the past several years, however since our daughter has joined our company, she brings a whole new aspect and fresh ideas.
