I have lived in Colorado since 1970. My wife & I bought our first house in 1971 & we've been involved with real estate in one form or another ever since. We've bought houses, remodeled them, sold them, built custom houses of our own, remodeled commercial buildings, & the list goes on. Bottom line I have broad experience in many different areas of the real estate business & I enjoy helping clients find the home that's right for them. I've been an avid skier since 1970, & I've had a season pass at one ski area of another for this entire time. I'm an expert skier & enjoy powder & carving on the groomers. I also enjoying hiking & climbing to the summit of Colorado's many awesome peaks. And I love hiking with my 2 golden retrievers. I've also been an Iynegar Yoga Teacher since 1990. The practice of yoga helps keep me strong, flexible, & helps me stay balanced physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
