I am a retired Executive from the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry, a Real Estate Professional and an owner of a Real Estate Investment Corporation. I am not hiding the fact that I would like to be your real estate consultant for life. I have spent the last 40 years working in the manufacturing industry managing multi-million dollar companies supplying components to the aerospace market making millions on the bottom line. Companies like Pentair, Esterline and Bourns who supply components to Boeing, Lockheed, General Dynamics and Goodyear. Why am I telling you this? Because, in the business world, you live or die based on delivery and performance. If you cannot produce what you say and do it when you say you can, you will be out of business. Your reputation will be your biggest obstacle. What I have noticed in Real Estate, is that the industry is populated by a lot of agents promising everything and delivering very little. I have brought with me the drive, values and ethics of the manufacturing industry and put them in place in the Real Estate business. I believe a promise is a promise and must not be broken. I believe that a Real Estate Professional must stay in constant contact with their customer. I am available all day every day. A Real Estate Professional must provide superior service, engage their customer in the process, provide constant updates, exhaust the marketing opportunities and provide the shortest path to a successful conclusion. I have specific examples of selling a property that was listed for 2 ½ years and did not sell and then I listed it and sold the property in 4 months. Another was listed for 6 months and did not sell and when I took it over as the Real Estate Consultant we sold and closed escrow in less than 3 months. I also work with buyers to find their dream house and make sure that their offer is accepted. How can I do this?
