Eric Shirk Licensed Realtor Eric Shirk has been helping individuals and families buy and sell their homes since 2008. The life-long Pennsylvania resident specializes in the real estate in Camp Hill, Harrisburg, Lemoyne, New Cumberland, Mechanicsburg, and Carlisle. Shirk is associated with Coldwell Banker Select Professionals, which he believes offers the industry’s highest level of integrity, along with unmatched tools, services and support systems. Previously, Shirk worked with The Securus Group’s Property Management and Client Services division, beginning in 2001. Among his accomplishments there was resurrection of the beloved Kerr Glass Factory, built in 1865 in Lancaster City’s now historic downtown, which he—with his father—transformed into 300,000 square foot residential, commercial and retail enclave Urban Place. In addition to his professional realty career, in 2012, Shirk co-founded NY Bagel Café & Deli, with his brothers, Adam and Ben. Now fully owned by the latter sibling, the business continues to thrive in Lititz, Penn. Eric was also Owner of Gold Rush, Inc., which manufactures high-end race-car trailers. Shirk sold that successful venture in 2001, after three years. He and his wife Monica are the proud parents of a blended family of eight children—four boys, four girls—residing in Camp Hill, Penn. Each day begins with full focus on their children. The couple is also active in and supports the local community. Shirk is a graduate of Middletown Area High School in Pennsylvania, and attended Penn State University.
