View page
US Patent:
20170287285, Oct 5, 2017
Filed:
Apr 4, 2017
Appl. No.:
15/479127
Inventors:
- Las Vegas NV, US
Elliot Frome - Las Vegas NV, US
International Classification:
G07F 17/32
A63F 1/00
Abstract:
A seven-card wagering game includes a player and a dealer each receiving a seven-card hand after the player places an ante wager. A specialty deck may be used, which specialty deck may include five wild cards and twelve value cards (e.g., three through ace) in each of four suits. Each seven-card hand is formed into a two-card hand and a five-card hand that has a higher “flush ranking” than the two-card hand. A player's and dealer's respective five-card hands are compared while their respective two-card hands are compared to resolve at least the ante wager. The comparison also use “flush ranking.” By the flush ranking, rankings are determined and then compared based on the length of the longest flush; then the higher, non-matching, high-card value of the longest flush; then the length of the second-longest flush; then the higher, non-matching, high-card value of the second-longest flush; and so on.
