Fluid Flow Amplifier

View page
US Patent:
8029244, Oct 4, 2011
Filed:
Aug 2, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/888379
Inventors:
Elijah Dumas - San Jose CA, US
Elisha Dumas - San Jose CA, US
Howard Dumas - San Jose CA, US
International Classification:
F04F 5/00
US Classification:
417176, 417187, 417197, 2395905, 239597
Abstract:
A by-pass fluid flow amplifier which contains a primary nozzle and a primary profile for discharging compressed air into a conduit of the air amplifier and entraining ambient air in the process. A secondary nozzle and a secondary profile for discharging compressed air into the conduit of the air amplifier towards the rear that assists the primary nozzle such as to allow consistent fluid wall attachment of the compressed air and the entrained air caused by the primary nozzle and the primary profile. The secondary nozzle increases the total flow of the amplifier and prohibits the total flow from traveling towards the center of the conduit where flow reversal and turbulence are likely to occur.

System Of An Induced Flow Machine

View page
US Patent:
20080047266, Feb 28, 2008
Filed:
Aug 28, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/510468
Inventors:
Elijah Dumas - San Jose CA, US
Elisha Dumas - San Jose CA, US
Howard Dumas - San Jose CA, US
International Classification:
F02B 33/44
US Classification:
606051
Abstract:
A system of an internal combustion engine which is induced by an air flow amplifier via a turbine and centrifugal compressor, one side of which is mechanically and pneumatically connected to the turbine and the other side with an air intake of the internal combustion engine. The operation of the engine induction system can be enhanced by using an intercooler that supplies a cooled primary flow of compressed air to the air amplifier. The use of the engine induction system without a turbocharger and, hence, without hot exhaust gases, makes it possible to utilize light magnesium alloys for parts of the turbine and compressor and thus to reduce the weight of the system as a whole.

Computer-Implemented Method For A Recycling Company To Increase Recycling Demand

View page
US Patent:
20160247176, Aug 25, 2016
Filed:
Feb 23, 2015
Appl. No.:
14/628683
Inventors:
Elisha DUMAS - San Carlos CA, US
Elijah DUMAS - San Carlos CA, US
International Classification:
G06Q 30/02
G06Q 10/00
Abstract:
Proposed is a computer-implemented method for a recycling company to increase recycling demand, the computer including a processor system having at least one processor and a memory system. The method comprises registering, by the computer, a recycler with a recycling company, wherein the recycler obtains identification. The computer then enters the recycler's identification to begin a transaction for recycling. The type of material to be recycled is entered into the computer. The processor system evaluates a value for the recyclable material and determines the total payment to be paid to the recycler. A portion that is less than or equal to the total payment given to a fund is entered into the computer, and the final payment to be paid to the recycler is computed. The final payment is the total payment less the portion given to the fund. On completion of the above operations, the transaction is logged.
