Abstract:
A ball hitting stance training device () having a top surface (), which is preferably covered with an abrasive top surface material (), preferably turf, having a target area () for placement of the stride foot, and a bottom surface (). Support elements () having a plurality of spikes () are secured to the bottom surface () in order to raise the ball hitting stance training device () above the ground and keep the ball hitting stance training device () from sliding on the ground. The top surface () may have a handle opening () for easy transportability and a storage opening () for hanging the ball hitting stance training device () on a wall. An optional removable batting tee () and audio feedback device () may also be included on the ball hitting stance training device ().
