This is a dynamic industry where the ability to help sellers move to their next home or assist buyers in finding their dream place is truly exciting. Challenges come up along the way, but I focus on the goals of my clients to keep the transaction as smooth -- and fun -- as possible. I have had significant advanced instruction in buyer and seller strategies and negotiation. I received my Graduate, Realtor Institute designation in November 2013 and my Accredited Buyer Representative designation in January 2013. Our Coldwell Banker office lists about half of the properties in this region and closes about half of the sales around here as well. Those stats are about 70 percent of the listings listed and sold in the Legend Lake area. With this strong company behind me, I am succeeding with nearly 50 closings under my belt in almost 4 years in the business. Along the way, I have won several awards for sales production. My coworkers believe in me too; I was named Most Valuable Associate for 2010 for our office. This community is my home and I believe in giving back. I teach Junior Achievement classes on careers and personal finance at the senior high and junior high level and serve on its board of directors. I also serve on the Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. I was named 2013 Ambassador of the Year.
