In addition through my work as an adjunct professor, I have experience managing online course information and assignment postings as well as experience with record-keeping and classroom management software. As a self-motivated individual I am committed to getting the job done. My personal characteristics are aligned with the role of an Educator: energetic, analytical, patient, collaborative, organized, reflective, and most importantly people focused. I believe providing a foundation of learning is both a special challenge and privilege. I understand the importance of providing enriching educational experiences and establishing an atmosphere which will positively influence future learning. Building strong community relations, involvement and outreach has been a hallmark of my career in both the education and retail industries.
