About:
I was born and raised in San Jose. I am married and have beautiful twin daughters. I live in the Silver Creek Community. I attended San Jose State University with a molecular biology degree with the intention of becomng a doctor. I obtained my real estate license in 1980 to help with my college expenses. In 1984 I obtained my brokers license and shortly there after started my own independent company, D&F Properties where I have worked ever since. I believe Real Estate was my calling and not the medical field I really love working with buyers and sellers helping them find dream homes, investment properties. first properties. I have fixed and flipped many homes during my career, have owned rental properties and financed myself. I practice what I preach. In addition to selling real estate I have a loan broker license. I also do BPO's for banks since 2006 and have helped banks sell many of their foreclosed assets. I offer low commission rates, 30yrs experience. full service listings and my expertise to all my clients.
