Ken & Denyse Naylor—The Naylor Team— have a passion for making good things happen in people’s lives! After long careers in public service –Ken is a former Detective with the New York City Police Department and Denyse is a Registered Nurse-the Naylors have been successful business owners and take pride in the fact that their business success has taken place the arena of service driven businesses. Ken & Denyse have owned restaurants, and also owned and operated a large fleet of medical transportation vehicles. Being a team comes naturally to Ken & Denyse—they have been partners in business as well as in life! In Real Estate they discovered that they could truly make a difference in the lives of their clients and the passion came alive! They’ve built their Real Estate business on the same principles & values that they have always lived by. And so, their association with Keller Williams was a natural progression in their business growth. Both Ken and Denyse enjoy working with people and getting to know clients as individuals so that they can provide the guidance necessary for making sound decisions in their real estate transactions. They are keenly aware of the fact that the purchase or sale of a home is generally the largest single financial transaction people make and are dedicated to helping clients make decisions that will have a positive outcome on their lifestyle. Ken enjoys fishing, boating and investing. Denyse loves to cook and entertain friends and family with gourmet treats. The Naylors have four children—all grown & four grandchildren (at the moment). Spending time with family is high on the priority list for the Naylor clan! Church and community service play a big part in their lives. Through membership in the Kiwanis Club and as a volunteer at a health care clinic Denyse feels that she can give back to the community some of the blessings she has enjoyed in life. The Naylors attribute their success in business to their focus on providing a superior level of customer service– the kind that makes one say “WOW” when all is said and done! By paying close attention to all details in a real estate transaction, they free their clients from any worry from contract to closing.
