With over 20 years' inspection experience and over 8,800 inspections performed, Dennus is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and objective. Dennus has extensive construction experience including custom home building, housing tract development, and a wide range of commercial projects. He has been involved with housing rehab projects for city programs, building demolition, and structure relocation. A licensed contractor since 1986, he offers expertise in the areas of home remodeling, restoration of older homes, and the installation of spas, waterfalls, koi ponds and decking. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the evaluation of special conditions including earthquake damage, soil movement and erosion, mountain terrain, and older structures.
