I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and have been listing and selling real estate in the Evansville area Since 1988. I have serviced over 1000 clients with sales totaling over 150 million dollars. With such a large clientele, I do most of my business through referrals and repeat customers. I have worked with a large number of corporate and private relocation buyers and sellers. I have lived in Evansville all of my life, I think that this is a good place to live. Evansville is large enough to have most everything you need, but small enough to make you feel at home. For six consecutive years I have received the F.C. Tucker Leading Sales Producer Award. I have been a Member of the F.C. Tucker Affiliate Top 10 in the State of Indiana for six years. I am also a Lifetime Member of the Top Producing Presidents Club for Outstanding Sales Achievement. I have always thought that the main reason for my success is my honesty. I feel that people would rather be told the truth even if it is not always what they want to hear. It is better that the client doesn’t have unrealistic expectations. Also, I feel that I have a strong work ethic. I have always had to work hard since I was in my teens. I am extremely motivated, and strive to be the best at what ever I do. I am successful at negotiating the best price for my sellers. I hold the following designations; ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). Each of these designations was earned by successfully completed several years of specialized classes. I have been certified by several relocation companies in marketing assistance for transferees. I am a member of the following organizations; Southwestern Indiana Builders Association, National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and the Southwestern Indiana Association of Realtors. The services range from marketing to relocation and the company supplies all the tools and systems needed to assist the professional sales force. Caroline Schneider has worked for me for twelve years in a clerical position. She also was my office manager when I owned my own real estate firm. For new listings, a large number of Realtors at my company personally tour the home or we have the option to do a digital tour of the home in front of over 100 of our sales staff during our weekly staff meeting. Consumers spend 75% of the time they spend searching for homes online at Realtor.com. The “featured home” ads on Realtor.com provide top billing in a prime spot on the Internet's #1 real estate site. Your homes are seen first when consumers search REALTOR.com®, AOL, and now MSN in your area. All listings are also on FCTE.com, ahouse4you.com, and the multiple listing service. On all of these sites there is also a virtual tour of your home. I advertise in the MLS Homes magazine. F.C.Tucker Emge Realtors also maintains an exclusively staffed information kiosk at Eastland Mall, our area’s largest shopping center. I am a member of the Crescent City Civitan Club. I live on Evansville's North side with my husband, son, mother and 2 dogs. My husband, Benny is a manager at Vectren Energy Delivery. My son, Andrew, a recent graduate of Evansville Day School, attends the University of Evansville where he is majoring in Legal Studies and is a member of the Purple Aces Men's Golf Team.
