I have been in the mortgage industry for the past14 years, andhave been with Land Home Financial for the past 1.5 years.I have been actively involved in real estate for the past 25 years.We process, underwrite, and fund our own loans, and service as well. Land Home is a long established Mortgage Bank. Zilllow's approach to the Mortgage industry intrigued me and therefore Idecided to participate. My belief that a transparent approach to lending provides an excellent opportunity for all (lender and borrower) involved. My thought is that by not having to put any personal information on the table, and being anonymous in your search for a Lender to assist you provides you the comfort level needed to freely search without any pressure.
