I am a former Product Controller for International Equities in New York CIty at ING for the past ten years. Given the continual downsizing in banking, and seeking a better climate and quality of life, Irelocated to Miami in the Fall of 2010, completed my state licensing in February, and started with Keller Williams Realtyin March. It is alarge company that at the same time has an intimate, friendly feel. They alsohave extensive training on all the different areas of buying, selling, leasing, and renting, and I feel like my skill set has grown immensely since joining the organization. I chose to live in Miami because I wanted to feel like a citizen of this large wonderful city, and not just isolate myself in Miami Beach which is also a vibrant and exciting neighborhood. I have the best of both worlds as my office is located a block north of Lincoln Road, and yet I have the artistic opportunities offered in my home on the bay in downtown Miami. Nearby live jazz, good restaurants, and the new Arsht Center for the performing arts. In addition to having a financial career in NYC for 20 years, I am also an avid abstract painter, and extensive international traveler who has been to five continents. One of the main draws to me of a career in real estate was the human contact, and the ability to help people find their perfect living environment, which can be different from block to block, and even on different floors in the same building.
