Darrell Malloy, the BROKER/OWNER of Action Realty, began his real estate career in June of 1978. After 12 years serving as agent and manager of a local Century 21 office, he formed Action Realty. Today he is joined by associates David Malloy, Don Evans, and Kristi Nye. From September of 1990 until the present, Action Realty has been selling general residential real estate, FHA, VA, and foreclosed homes and properties in Bay, Washington, Jackson, Holmes, and Gulf counties. Our main area of expertise is manifested in the sale of real estate foreclosures. Action Realty has grown into the largest seller of foreclosure properties, selling more foreclosures than any other real estate company in our area. We are involved in foreclosures from Bonifay to Quincy, and from the state line and south to the Gulf.
