I believe working for one of the busiest mortgage departments in Central Arkansas was a a huge accomplishment for me. I learned from the ground up how to originate a loan, order titlework and appraisals, send out closing instructions to closing companys and keep the customer informed of their loan process in a timely manner. Education When working for First Community Bank I had the priviledge of building and managing their note department. I learned the ins and outs of in house banking with this position whereas I learned the ins and outs of secondary market banking with my position at first Security Bank. My history in retail working for Walmart and Lowes has helped me learn to meet the needs of customers quickly as well as efficiently. I learned how to provide customer service in a fast paced atmosphere.
