As owner of Strickland Home Inspections, I bring over 20 years experience in the building industry and a vast set of knowledge to each inspection I do. My past work as a general contractor, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in the trades, and further training through Kaplan Professional Schools, ensures that when I inspect your home, I'll know what I'm looking at. My goal: for your inspection to equip you with the information you need to make your best informed real estate decisions. I also brings years of teaching experience to my role as inspector and take pride in my ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. I perform buyer's inspections and pre-listing inspections throughout the Greater Twin Cities area. I'm also a licensed evaluator for Truth-in-Housing/Time of Sale/Point of Sale inspections in Minneapolis, St Paul, South St Paul, Bloomington, Robbinsdale, Hopkins, and Maplewood.
