Rosemarie Baldwin and Cynthia Metcalf are sisters who have combined their talents to form an effective partnership in real estate. Both born and raised in Chicago, they are very knowledgeable in the City and suburban neighborhoods. Rosemarie, a 25 year resident of the western suburbs, is experienced in real estate sales, selling and building new construction and renovating homes. Rosemarie understands the emotional and financial decision making involved in the search and sale process. Her empathy and compassion, fueled by a keen eye for her clients preferences are her strengths. Cynthia, an MBA graduate in finance from DePaul University established a successful career at the CME Group and Banco di Roma. While raising her three boys, Cindy taught as a Para Educator at Lyons Township High School and a substitute teacher in the Western Springs school district. Cynthia, brings her extensive knowledge of the area along with her analytic and organizational skills to the team.
